we wouldn't dream of putting our delicious chunks of fresh lobster salad made with our green goddess dressing and fresh herbs on a cheap hot dog roll! we make these delicious seafood sandwiches on our own in-house baked butter brioche rolls (made using our organic chicken eggs) and serve them fresh throughout the summer season.
